    600ml Vegetable stock
    225g tofu - cut into strips
    200g pak choy - coarsely chopped
    150g beansprouts
    1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
    1 jar Sharwood's Singapore Laksa

    Cooking Method

    Empty the Laksa into a pan, add vegetable stock and tofu, bring to the boil. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 1-2 minutes to heat through all the ingredients. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped coriander.
