Tuna and Pak Choi in Thai Red Curry Sauce
A wonderful bright vibrant dish, the light fragrant curry sauce goes very well with the rich meaty flavour of fresh tuna fish.

2 x 150g fresh tuna steaks - cut into thick strips
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
200g pak choi - roughly chopped
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Red Curry
Cooking Method
Fry the tuna in the oil for 3 minutes each side or until cooked. Remove fish from the pan, keep warm.
Stir fry the pak choi for 1 minute, add sauce, heat through.
Spoon pak choi and sauce onto warmed serving plate, topped with the tuna.
