1kg fresh mussels
1 red chillies - finely chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh coriander - chopped
1 jar Sharwood's Indonesian Satay
Cooking Method
Wash the mussels well under cold running water, discard any broken or open mussels. Empty the sauce into a large pan, gently heat, add mussels, cover with a tight fitting lid. Give the pan a good shake during cooking to ensure the mussels are well coated with sauce. Cook the mussels for 5 minutes or until they open. Stir in the chilli and coriander. Serve immediately.
