Vegetables With Noodles In A Sweet Chilli And Garlic Sauce
Colourful sweetcorn, peppers and mange tout combine with mild sweet chilli and garlic to create a quick tasty vegetarian meal.

2 blocks (approx 150g) Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
110g (4oz) baby sweetcorn - sliced
110g (4oz) mangetout - halved lengthways
1 small red peppers - thinly sliced
1 pot Sharwood's Sweet Chilli and Garlic Noodle Sauce
Cooking Method
Cook noodles as directed on the pack and drain. Heat the oil and stir-fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Stir in contents of 1 jar Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli and Garlic Stir-in Sauce for noodles. Add noodles, heat through and serve immediately. Try your favourite vegetables for this dish, courgettes, green beans, mushrooms and sugar snap peas would all be delicious.
