Stir Fried Beansprouts And Noodles
A great quick accompaniment to Chinese, Malaysian and Thai Meals.

1 Tbsp oil - for frying
250g beansprouts
1 tsp Sharwood's Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
1 Bunch Spring Onions - chopped to garnish
4 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
Cooking Method
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the noodles and simmer for 3 min. stirring occasionally. Drain thoroughly. Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan. Add the noodles, beansprouts oil and soy. Stir fry for a couple of minutes to heat through. Serve piping hot garnished with chopped spring onions. Tip: For a more substantial dish or snack. Try adding stir-fried or ready cooked slices of pork, chicken, beef or prawns, use a pack of stir fry vegetables instead of the beansprouts. Adjust the soy and sesame oil to taste
