1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g lamb - trimmed and cubed
1 yellow pepper - thinly sliced
1 green pepper - finely sliced
1 red chilli - finely chopped
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean
Cooking Method
Stir fry the lamb over a high heat for 2 minutes. Add the peppers and chilli and continue stir frying for 2 minutes. Add the sauce heat through and serve with egg noodles.
