    1 Tbsp oil - for frying
    350g pork fillet - sliced thinly
    1 red peppers - thinly sliced
    1 jar Sharwood's Spicy Tomato Szechuan
    2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep sided frying pan. Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 mins. Toss in the pepper and stir-fry for 2 min. Stir in sauce, heat through and serve with Sharwood’s Medium Egg Noodles.
