    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    350g pork fillet - sliced
    1 green pepper - sliced
    1 spring onion - sliced to garnish
    1 jar Sharwood's Hoi-Sin & Plum
    2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles

    Cooking Method

    Cook noodles as directed on the back of pack, and rinse in cold water.
    Heat oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry pork for 1-2 minutes.
    Add green pepper and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
    Stir in noodles and sauce, tossing together, heat through and serve immediately.
