Hoi Sin Pork Noodle Salad

350g pork fillet - sliced thinly
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Hoi Sin Sauce
2 layers Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1/3 mangetout - halved lengthways
4 spring onions - shredded to garnish
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Method
Marinade pork in Hoi Sin for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in a refrigerator. Cook noodles according to back of pack instructions, rinse in cold water - cool. Combine noodles, mange tout, spring onions, sesame oil and soy sauce, arrange on a serving dish. Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds. Roast pork for 15-20 minutes at 200°C gas mark 6, or until cooked. Slice cooked pork into slices arrange over noodles, pour over any meat juices, serve immediately.
