Hoi Sin Chicken Salad
Cooked marinated chicken, mixed with crispy vegetables and tossed in a Hoi Sin dressing.

2 chicken breasts - sliced
75g Sharwood's Hoi Sin Sauce
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice - to taste
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 spring onions - shredded to garnish
75g cucumber - cut into fine strips to garnish
75g celery - chopped
Cooking Method
Marinade the chicken breast in the Hoi Sin sauce overnight in a fridge. Grill chicken, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked, chill and slice. To make dressing mix together, soy sauce, hoi sin, lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix well. Mix together chicken and salad vegetables, pour on dressing and toss ingredients until well coated.
