Jalfrezi is a characteristic dish of the Punjab region, a rural state on the fertile plains of northern India. This spicy, aromatic sauce has the fruity flavour of tomatoes and red and green peppers.

Cooking Method
Fry one medium, chopped onion until golden brown. Add 450g of cubed chicken and the contents of this jar. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for twenty minutes or until the meat is tender.
