    1Tbsp oil
    1 Tbsp fresh ginger - finely chopped
    1 clove garlic - finely chopped
    2 chicken breasts - sliced
    1 large green pepper - finely sliced
    1 Tbsp lemon juice - to taste
    2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
    3 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
    ½ tsp sugar
    6 spring onions - sliced
    1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
    null Sharwood's Sesame Oil

    Cooking Method

    Cook noodles as directed on back of pack, drain well. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and add ginger and garlic, add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 mins. Add green pepper and stir-fry for 2 mins. Add the noodles, lemon juice, soy and sugar, heat through.Add the spring onions and coriander, drizzle with little sesame oil. Serve immediately.
