2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp oil - for frying
350g pork mince
225g beansprouts
6 radishes - finely sliced
4 spring onions - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Hoi Sin & Spring Onion
10 cm cucumber - cut into batons
Cooking Method
Cook noodles according to pack instructions and drain. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add minced pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the contents of the jar and noodles. Toss in remaining ingredients, heat through and serve.
