Spicy Fried Noodles
Pork fillet is marinated overnight in Sweet Chilli and Soy Sauce before roasting, then stir fried with noodles to create a delicious noodle dish.

350g pork fillet - cut into thick slices
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Rich Soy Sauce
1 pkt Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic - finely chopped
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Hot Chilli Sauce
100g beansprouts
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Marinate the pork fillet overnight in the chilli sauce and soy sauce. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 230°C, (450°F), Gas Mark 8.
Arrange the slices of pork in a hot roasting tin and then roast for 15 minutes or until cooked. Turn over the slices once during cooking. Cut into thin strips and put to one side. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, drain well. Heat the oil, brown the garlic, add noodles, pork, soy sauce, chilli sauce and beansprouts. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, adjust seasoning and serve immediately. Garnish with coriander leaves.
