25g unsalted butter - melted
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 x 175g cod fillets - cut into thick strips
1 jar Sharwood's Jalfrezi
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Heat butter and oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Fry the fish on a low heat for five minutes or until almost cooked. Pour over Jalfrezi sauce. Heat through. Serve immediately, garnished with coriander. Delicious served with Basmati Rice and Sharwood's Green Label Mango Chutney.
