Spicy Mango And Lime Beef Salad

2 Tbsp oil - for frying
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Rogan Josh Curry Paste
450g (1lb) piece eye fillet of beef
3 Tbsp Sharwood's Tropical Lime Mango Chutney
1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
Cooking Method
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC (400
º F) Gas 6. Heat the oil in a heavy pan and sear the beef on both sides to seal in the juices, transfer to a baking tray. Mix curry paste, the chutney and mustard together and smear over the top side of the beef. Roast in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
