1 Tbsp oil
2 pork shoulder chops - thinly sliced
1 red pepper - sliced
Cooking Method
Heat your wok (seasoned of course) until its really hot. Add the oil - heat again. Add the pork - which should really sizzle when its going into the wok, stir-fry for a couple of minutes. Stir in the peppers and sizzle for a few minutes more. Stir in the sauce and all those lovely mushrooms. Heat through and serve with a steaming hot bowl of hot noodles for a longer life.
