Three Pepper Chicken In Black Bean Sauce
The classic combination of beef and black beans makes this a favourite restaurant dish.

1 Tbsp oil - for frying
350g chicken breasts - sliced
1 Large green pepper - finely sliced
1 red peppers - thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper - thinly sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean
Cooking Method
Heat oil in wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add chicken and stir-fry rapidly for 2-3 mins, stirring continuously. Add peppers, stir-fry for a further 2 mins.Add the sauce, tumble ingredients together, heat through and serve immediately.
