Thai Style Stir Fry Rice Noodles
A classic Thai dish which is served as part of a formal Thai meal. Alternatively the dish can be eaten as a substantial snack.

2 bundles Sharwood's Rice Noodles
4 Tbsp oil - for frying
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
100g pork - cubed
100g king prawns - cooked and peeled
1 tsp chilli powder
1 Tbsp
2 spring onions - shredded to garnish
100g Roasted peanuts - crushed
100g beansprouts
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
Coriander- chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Cover the noodles with boiling water. Leave to stand for 4 minutes, rinse thoroughly in cold water and leave to drain. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the garlic and pork and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for a further 1 minute. Add the remaining 2 Tbsp. oil and stir in the noodles. Stir in the remaining ingredients except for the coriander and heat through. Serve garnished with coriander
