350g (12oz) broccoli florets
1 Tbsp oil - for frying
110g (4 oz) shitake mushrooms - stalks removed
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Lemongrass and Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
Cooking Method
Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, drain and reserve. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and continue stir frying for 2 minutes. Stir in sauce. Heat through and serve.
