Delicious lamb meatballs braised in Jalfrezi sauce - a tomato-based sauce with red and green peppers.

1 x 450g pack lamb mince
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
3 tsp fresh ginger - finely chopped
25g breadcrumbs
1 small egg - beaten
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sharwood's Jalfrezi
Cooking Method
Mix together the lamb mince, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into sixteen golfball-sized balls. Fry the meatballs in the oil over a low heat for ten minutes, or until cooked. Drain excess oil and pour over Jalfrezi Sauce. Cover and simmer for five minutes.
