Thai Stir Fried Asparagus With Crabmeat

225g (½lb) asparagus - trimmed and cut in half
1 Tbsp oil - for frying
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Lemongrass and Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
225g can white crabmeat
null chopped tomato wedges to garnish
null coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Blanch asparagus for 3 minutes in boiling water, drain and reserve. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry asparagus for 3 minutes. Add Lemongrass and Ginger Sauce, continue stir frying for 2 minutes. Gently stir in crabmeat, heat through and serve. Garnish with tomato wedges and coriander.
