1 small onion - thinly sliced
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g lamb, suitable for stir-frying - cut into strips
1 jar Sharwood's Jalfrezi
1 Tbsp Coriander- chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Fry the onion in the oil until just starting to go brown. Add the lamb and fry for 3-5 minutes. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes or until the lamb is tender. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with Sharwood's Naan Bread and Sharwood's Green Label Mango Chutney.
