    2 blocks Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles

    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 chicken breasts - sliced
    110g (4oz) green beans - halved
    1 pot Sharwood's Thai Coconut Noodle Sauce

    Cooking Method

    Cook noodles as directed and drain. Heat oil and stir-fry chicken for three minutes. Add green beans and stir-fry for a further minute. Stir in the contents of one jar of Sharwoods Thai Lemongrass and Coconut Stir-in sauce for noodles. Add noodles, heat through and serve immediately.
