I love the way I chop the chillies and squeeze the paste into the pan and every single time I manage to forget to throughly wash my hands and proceed to rub hot chillies and green curry paste into my eyes and nostrils resulting in extreme discomfort for the remainder of the evening. however, the pleasure of the curry itself thoroughly outweighs the pain, I cannot wait till the following friday when I can go through it all again.
