Sharwood's JalfreziA rich tomato and onion cooking sauce bursting with fruity red & green peppers

We've created this Jalfrezi, characteristic of the Punjab region of India, by fusing gently cooked tomatoes with fruity red and green peppers and a garam masala of roasted spices to give a fresh and fruity taste. A base of roasted spices simmered with fried onion masala has been used to give this sauce a well rounded flavour.
