Sharwood's Rogan JoshA rich tomato and onion cooking sauce with a hint of black cardamom & cumin.

We have carefully selected Kashmiri chillies for their mild flavour and vibrant colour and blended them together with tomatoes and onions to create this delicious sauce, typical of Northern India. A base of roasted spices simmered with fried onion masala has been used to give this sauce a well rounded flavour.
