A delicious combination of cod and prawns in a creamy Tikka Sauce

Cooking time: 12 mins
350g chunky cod fillets cubed
1 jar of Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
2 Tbsp coriander chopped
2 Tbsp spring onions chopped
1) Place the fish in a pan, pour over the Tikka sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes until the fish is almost cooked.
2) Add the prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
3) Stir in the coriander and spring onions and serve.
