Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large red pepper cubed
350g fresh tiger prawns
1 jar of Sharwood’s Balti Cooking Sauce
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped


Method:
1) Heat the oil in a pan, add red pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until the pepper is just beginning to soften.
2) Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes or until the prawns change colour.
3) Stir in the sauce, and gently heat through.
4) Stir in the freshly chopped coriander and serve immediately with Basmati rice or warmed Sharwood’s Naan Breads.
