Shopping list:
500g lamb mince
150g chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and well drained
1 clove garlic crushed
¾ tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar of Sharwood's Rogan Josh Cooking Sauce


Method:
1) Place the mince, spinach, garlic, cumin and seasoning in a bowl and mix together well.
2) Divide the mixture evenly into 8 portions and shape into a 5.5cm diameter patty.
3) Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
4) Cook the patties, turning once during cooking, for 10-12 minutes or until well cooked through.
5) Empty the jar of sauce into a pan and heat through.
6) Arrange the patties on a warm serving dish, pour over the sauce and serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.

This recipe is real winner. It requires few ingredients, is very quick to prepare and is absolutely delicious. My family ofen ask me to cook this kofta and friends are always impressed by it.
