Lamb Rogan Josh
Lamb cooked in a medium spiced sauce, enriched with yoghurt & corriander leaves

Cooking time: 90 mins
Serves: 4
Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
450g lamb fillet cubed
1 jar of Sharwood's Rogan Josh Cooking Sauce
A Handful of cherry tomatoes halved
1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped to garnish
Method:
1) Preheat the oven to fan 160ºC, conventional 180ºC, Gas Mark 4.
2) Heat the oil in a pan, add the lamb and fry for 3 minutes, transfer to a casserole dish.
3) Pour over the sauce, cook for 1½ to 1¾ hours or until the lamb is tender.
Chop up some cherry tomatoes, garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve
