Lamb balti

Balti curries are quick stir-fry dishes from North India and Pakistan, they are traditionally cooked in a Balti pan or Karahi, which is similar to a wok. Lamb Balti is quick and easy to prepare.

Shopping list:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
450g lamb suitable for stir-frying - cut into strips
1 jar of Sharwood's Balti Cooking Sauce
2 tomatoes quartered
1Tbsp fresh coriander to garnish


Method:

1) Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
2) When hot add the lamb and stir-fry for 5 minutes until just cooked.
3) Add the jar of sauce and the tomatoes.
4) Heat through, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
