Sharwood's Madras Cooking Sauce

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 chicken breasts cubed
1 jar of Sharwood's Madras Cooking Sauce
1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped to garnish


Method:
1) Heat the oil in a pan.
2) Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3) Stir in the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
4) Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.

Easily as good as a restaurant madras, hot but not too hot as to mask all the spices. Love it.

same recipe just add 1 large onion and 2 capiscum peppers 3mins before the chicken. I live on this stuff fantastic!
