Chicken balti
Chicken cooked in a rich tomato cooking sauce, seasoned with coriander and fenugreek leaves.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Serves: 4
Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 or 4 chicken breasts cubed
1 jar of Sharwood's Balti
1 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped to garnish
Method:
1) Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
2) Stir in the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
3) Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve.
