Munish Manocha

Munish was born in Delhi, the capital of India. At the age of 20 Munish decided to pursue a career in food, and took 2 years off work backpacking all around India, gathering culinary secrets and cooking methods from the remotest corners of the country. Munish has a wealth of experience in Indian food from working as a Head Chef in a top 5 star hotel to consulting for some of the finest Indian restaurants in London. He has worked with Sharwoods for over 5 years and has been instrumental in developing recipes for Sharwood's and developing and launching the Sharwood's Indian brand range.

Munish gets his inspiration from his regular travels to India, always excited by the new discoveries he makes. His favourite dish is Raan Sikandari (marinated leg of lamb), cooked in a tandoori oven.
