"We've been busy over the last year, travelling up and down the country visiting some fantastic local curry houses, maybe we have visited your local!. There is such an unbelievable array of choice and its great to see the favourites like Tikka and Korma still being enjoyed as well as seeing the emergence of the Jalfrezi becoming even more popular.

We had an incredible time, chatting and cooking with the chefs and really getting an understanding about what you Brits love about curry and discovering ultimately what makes a great tasting curry.

So we are very pleased to say that after months of copious note taking and tasting, we have mastered what a great British Curry tastes like. So now, with our range of Sharwood's Indian Sauces, you can have the local curry house experience and restaurant quality at home!
