Sweet and sour a popular restaurant dish, Sharwood's combine pineapple and tomato to create a fruity sweet and sour which will be popular with all the family.

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g (12oz) pork cubed
1 carrot sliced into matchsticks
1 green pepper sliced
1 x 227g can pineapple pieces drained
1 jar of Sharwood's Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce


Method:
1) Stir fry the pork for 3 minutes.
2) Add the carrot and green peppers.
3) Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
4) Add the pineapple pieces and sweet and sour stir-fry sauce.
5) Serve with rice or Sharwood’s noodles.
