Stir-fried egg noodles

Noodles have been eaten in Northern China for thousands of years and they signify longevity in Chinese culture. Noodles are a must for Chinese New Year.

Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles

Shopping list:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Rich Soy Sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles


Method:
1) Cook the noodles according to back of pack instructions.
2) Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain well.
3) Toss in 1 Tbsp vegetable oil and rest the noodles before stir-frying.
4) To stir-fry the noodles, heat 1Tbsp oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
5) Add the noodles and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
6) Stir in the soy sauces and sesame oil.
7) Serve immediately with stir-fry dishes.
