Stir fried chicken in black bean sauce

Sharwood's Cantonese Black Bean Cook-In Sauce

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts cubed
1 red pepper cubed
1 jar of Sharwood's Cantonese Black Bean Cook-In Sauce


Method:
1) Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
2) Stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes.
3) Add the pepper and continue stir-frying for a further 3 minutes.
4) Reduce the heat, add the sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
5) Serve immediately.

This recipe is gorgeous, I tried it on my daughter who is very picky, and she said, "Mummy, I want to be Chinese, so I can have this everyday!!" I did laugh, and the programme is brilliant too.
