Hoi-sin and five spice chicken stir-fry
Chicken in sweet and savoury hoi-sin stir-fry sauce. Five spice adds the richness of Beijing cooking.

Serves: 2-3
Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts sliced
1 spring onion sliced to garnish
1 jar of Sharwood's Hoi-Sin & Five Spice Cook-In Sauce
Method:
1) Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
2) Stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes or until cooked.
3) Stir in the sauce, heat through and serve immediately garnished with spring onion.

Cooking Tip
Stir frying noodles
You'll need to boil noodles before you stir-fry them, but make sure you don't overcook them. Then rinse them with cold water, drain carefully and toss them in a little vegetable oil. They're now ready to stir-fry.
