Crispy cod with sweet and sour
Cod in a fruity sweet and sour sauce with water chestnuts and peppers.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 2-3
Shopping list:
2-3 portions battered cod
1 spring onion sliced to garnish
1 jar of Sharwood's Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce
Method:
1) Cook the fish according to pack instructions.
2) Empty the sauce into a pan, heat through gently and pour over the cod.
3) Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
