The dish pictured obviously has peppers & spring onions in but do not feature in the recipe, why? Also cannot see a carrot in sight! Still going to give it a whirl though!

Chef notes

To add some colour and crunch to the dish, simply toss in a hand full of fine green beans when stir-frying the chicken

Cooking Tip

Stir-frying prawns

If you're using frozen prawns, always allow them to defrost and drain off the water before you cook them. Whether frozen or fresh, cooked prawns should be added right at the end of stir-frying, just to re-heat them.
