Chicken and mangetout in oyster sauce
Sharwood's Oyster Sauce is made to an authentic Chinese recipe and contains the extract of real oysters and gives a delicious savoury flavour to stir-fry dishes.

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
225g chicken breast sliced
225g mangetout
6 Tbsp Sharwood's Oyster Sauce
Method:
1) Heat the oil in the wok or a deep-sided frying pan.
2) Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3) Add the mangetout and continue frying for 2 minutes.
4) Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve.

Cooking Tip
Stir frying
Try to use a wok for stir-frying, although a large frying pan or saucepan will do. Something that’s essential for stir-frying is instant control of the heat, so a gas ring is preferable to an electric one.
