Chicken and black bean noodle stir-fry
Chicken and noodles in a rich savoury stir-fry sauce.

2 blocks Sharwood's
Medium Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp oil
1 jar of Sharwood's Cantonese Black Bean Cook-In Sauce
2 chicken breasts sliced
Spring onion finely sliced to garnish
Method:
1) Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging, rinse in cold water and drain.
2) Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
3) Add the chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes or until cooked.
4) Stir in the sauce and noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5) Serve immediately.
