Beef and peppers in black bean sauce
The classic combination of beef and black beans make this a favourite restaurant dish.

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp oil
350g beef sirloin thinly sliced
1 red pepper sliced
1 green pepper sliced
1 jar of Sharwood's Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
1 spring onion sliced to garnish
Method:
1) Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
2) Add the beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
3) Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
4) Stir in the sauce, heat through and serve garnished with spring onion.
