Sharwood's Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce

Sharwood's Black Bean Stir Fry...

Shopping list:
1 Tbsp oil
350g beef sirloin thinly sliced
1 red pepper sliced
1 green pepper sliced
1 jar of Sharwood's Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
1 spring onion sliced to garnish


Method:
1) Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.  
2) Add the beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.  
3) Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes.  
4) Stir in the sauce, heat through and serve garnished with spring onion.

HIE,MY FAMILY WAS COMPLAINING OF EATING THE SAME EVERY DAY, BUT NOW THEY ARE HAPPY SINSE WE STARTED TO WACTH THE PROGRAM WE EAT DIFFERENT FOOD, THEY SAID THE FOOD IS HEALTH AND NICE.
