So much still to discover

Chinese Cuisine

I’ll go anywhere to find the best recipes and ingredients for the Sharwood’s Chinese range. Believe me, I’m passionate about Chinese food and I’ll only settle for the real McCoy!

I discovered some of the little tricks that Chinese cooks use – and you’ll be surprised how simple it can be to turn ordinary noodles or a stir fry into a dish that really tastes amazing.

Most of my recipes take just a few minutes to make and I promise they’ll taste better than your local takeaway. So stick with me and let’s make some great Chinese food together!

Cooking Tip

Seasoning your wok

Before using the wok for the first time, 'season' it by smearing the inside with salt and cooking oil. Heat the wok with the salt and oil for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Clean out with kitchen paper. It's now ready for use.
